THE OPPORTUNITY

As Positively Partners continues to grow, we are seeking a talented recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional to join our growing team of HR, recruitment and technology professionals.

You will have the chance to both partner with our clients to advise and/or execute their recruitment strategy, as well as play a role in further development of our internal practices by enhancing candidate attraction and sourcing strategies.

Your success in this role will be highly visible, and exceeding expectations will provide the opportunity to grow your career along with our organization. This role is remotely based in Chicago and may require you to embed within a client’s team from time to time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute on direct sourcing strategies to ensure a deep pool of passive as well as active candidates
  • Exceed ambitious targets for generating both quantity and quality of candidates, with a particular focus on ensuring diverse talent pools
  • Convert leads into applicants as relevant vacancies become available
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience with a focus on stewarding relationships for both near- and long-term hiring needs
  • Continually analyze the success of sourcing tactics to improve both outcomes and the efficiency
  • Steward candidates through the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven ability to find & influence top-caliber candidates across a range of sectors & functions
  • Enthusiasm for developing as a recruitment professional
  • Comfort and confidence with direct sourcing; willing and able to start conversations and build relationships with a highly diverse range of passive candidates from entry-level to executive
  • Demonstrated proficiency with digital outreach tools including LinkedIn, social media, and other advanced search techniques
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong project-management skills with a keen eye to detail
