About Us
Positively Partners delivers integrated, people-centered consulting services to social impact organizations. Our services include recruitment, HR outsourcing, and consulting on people practices related to compensation, employee engagement, and inclusion.
Positively Partners was founded by nonprofit leaders in 2016 to help social sector organizations access the high-quality and inclusion-focused HR services important to the achievement of their missions. We are a team of learners, activists, HR professionals, trainers, recruiters, and consultants committed to helping employees thrive in support of their organization’s mission. Our home bases are in Boston, MA, and Washington, DC and we employ a remote workforce, located in cities across the United States. The locations in which our team lives and works position us to provide our services through a combination of both in-person and online channels to best accommodate the needs of our clients, many of whom have teams located in multiple states across the country.
