Technology & Data Analyst

The analyst’s support will be required – but not limited to – the following responsibilities.

  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Setup new staff accounts in the active directory.
  • Clean out old staff accounts in the active directory and security groups.
  •  Troubleshoot VOIP phone system when issues arise.
  •  Troubleshoot printer, network, and general service issues.
  •  Network monitoring with the guidance of off-site contractors.
  • Implement client check-in system. 
  •  Implement and update Bridge data, network, and hardware security policy.

Database Administration:

  • Review Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) touchpoints and monitor system use by staff.
  • Build reports using SAP Web Intelligence Report writer.
  • Ensure the security of ETO by revoking access of former employees.
  • Assist users with system. 


  • Work with leadership to understand measurement metrics.
  • Streamline ways of collecting data and minimizing redundancies.
  • Compare assessments from each program for data overlap and data collection redundancies. 
  • Consolidate data collection tools and forms across the agency.
  • Support cross-agency data collection and sharing activities, as advised by the Director.

General Activities:

  • Occasional travel to our Brighton and Dorchester locations may be required.
  • Mandatory attendance at all staff meetings.
  •  Train new staff.


  •  Comfortable speaking to vendors, contractors, and consultants  and working through time-sensitive issues to resolution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.
  • Positive, mature, hands-on attitude, with demonstrated history of good judgment.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements and information to non-technical end users and staff.
  • Solid communication skills
  • Mission-driven mindset.
  • Passion for solving the problems related to the homeless youth population.
